That’s what Linda Johnson Photography’s customer service is all about. Our highly trained and expert staff wants to make things easy for you. If you have questions or would like some information mailed to you, please call we would be happy to assist you.  If you would like to have a portrait created follow these simple steps,

1) Call today to set up your Design Consultation appointment.
The consultation is at no cost and you are under no obligation.
At LJP we believe that everybody is different, therefore every portrait is a one of a kind original. Linda will meet with you to create a design concept. She will discuss wardrobe, colors and how to incorporate personal items from home to tell a story about your family and the things that are important to you. Your portrait will be more than a portrait of what you look like; it will be a reflection of who you are. Linda will review with you the rates and services available. If you choose to schedule a portrait session appointment, your session fee will be due at this time.

2) The Studio Portrait Session;
Linda does all the photography herself. The soft and warm lighting is her signature style. Her lighting style creates the depth and realism in the portrait. We allow an hour and a half for your session. The first fifteen minutes are allowed for setting up. We recommend that you get dressed at the studio during this time to avoid getting messed or wrinkled. For children’s sessions age 5 and under, Linda works with an assistant. Parents are encouraged to watch. If all else fails, be prepared to help. After your session, an appointment will be made for you to return to see your previews.

3) The Preview Presentation
Your portrait previews will be personally choreographed in a musical audio-visual program (aka slide show) just for you. We allow an hour and a half for the presentation and selection. Linda will help you critique your images to determine your favorites. She will discuss what makes a portrait TIMELESS by discussing expression and composition. During this time you will decide on the sizes and finishes you would like to order. A 50% deposit will be due at this time. We accept cash, check, Mastercard or Visa. Your finished portraits will be completed in approximately 8-10 weeks. No order is released until it meets our high standards of excellence.

4) Your Finished Portraits.
Each of our finished pieces is hand crafted and guaranteed for a lifetime. Your finished portraits will be retouched. So, don’t worry about facial imperfections such as blemishes, scratches and rashes. Darkness under the eyes will be softened. You will be called when your finished portraits are ready. An appointment will be scheduled for you to pick them up. Your balance will be due at this time. If you have purchased a wall portrait we will present it to you in a frame that we think complements the portrait. The frames vary in price depending on style. We have a large variety of frames that are competitively priced. If you have a specific decor that you are trying to match, we will work with you to accomplish this. We want you to be completely satisfied with your finished portraits.

Our Pride, is your Joy.
