My Love for photography began after I had my third child. As the last and littlest of the bunch I realized there were few photographs of him. So, I began taking every opportunity to capture his life and the lives of my two other children as they interacted with one another…holding baby’s hand as they taught him to walk, feet sticking out from under blankets, their flushed faces as they ran along the seashore into the sunset….I enjoy taking every day moments and turning those into beautiful tableaus. I love drama and simplicity.
Slowly my photography evolved into a business where opportunities arose from billboard commercial work , to child & family portraits, to special events. Eventually I began photographing weddings and am discovering that those are the kind of events I most enjoy. Remember, I like drama, so this is the perfect match for me.
My style is relaxed and fun. I love vibrant colors and rich tones. Beautiful sunlight in the hair is my specialty and I always shoot for a sparkle in the eye.
I am blessed to be able to take my experiences, education and passions and use them to photograph those moments that take your breath away.
