| SEBASTIAN AGENCY was founded in 1982 in San Francisco by Laurie Harper. Her background encompasses business, finance, and publishing, which has served her well in the course of representing clients from all over the country, selling hundreds of books. She has cultivated long-standing relationships with writers, editors, and publishers large and small. In January 2000 Laurie moved the Agency to Minneapolis/St Paul, a flourishing area for writers and independent publishers, and a community with a blessedly high literacy rate and voracious readers. |
