| Northern Lights Literary Services LLC, a literary agency representing fiction and nonfiction authors. Our goal is to provide personalized service to clients and create a bond that will endure throughout your career. We seriously consider each query we receive and will accept hardworking new authors who are willing to develop their talents and skills.
We’re looking for…. Nonfiction books in the business or how-to category – books that offer real benefit to readers by addressing specific business or consumer interests and problems. They want to publish titles the general reading public (mostly female) will relate to and buy. They rarely consider a new author who can’t come up with a marketing plan to aggressively promote the book through the Internet, radio and TV interviews, articles in related periodicals, and public appearances (seminars, trade shows, state fairs, conferences, etc

However, I receive hundreds of email queries a week and simply can’t respond to all of them. I promise to read and consider your query. If I’m interested, I’ll reply and ask for a sample of your work. If you don’t hear from me within 5 working days, that means we determined our agency isn’t right for you. queries@northernlightsls.com Clicking above will create an email on your local system that you must complete and send from your computerMailed Queries: If you’ve completed and polished a novel, send a query letter, a one-or-two page synopsis of the plot, and the first chapter. If you’d like to submit a nonfiction book, send a query letter, along with the book proposal. Include a bio showing the background that will enable you to write the book.
