Established in 1954 in New York City, the agency has since migrated first to New Jersey and most recently Pennsylvania. | Writers desirous of having their work handled by this agency should first send a one- or two-page query letter directed to an agent on staff. Simply put, the letter should describe the material being offered as well as relevant background information about the writer, and include an s.a.s.e. for the agent’s reply. If the material is of interest, the agent may request a sample or the entire manuscript.
